Red Ochre is a long established and well known social enterprise. Our mission is to provide appropriate, imaginative and innovative advice, support and guidance to individuals so that their organisations are better able to deliver their own economic, social and environmental objectives. Producing sustainable financial and social outcomes through ethical business practices allows you to gain competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Red Ochre gives clear and practical guidance to organisations and enterprises to optimise their strategy and to attain optimum financial, social, environmental and other ethical results. Our aim throughout is to ensure that financially viable ethical practices are integrated within the planning, production, supply chain, marketing and general business processes, systems and structures of the organisation.

We also guide individual development and growth, and foster the evolution of new enterprises often through mentoring and coaching.

Our approach is enhanced by delivering supportive and informative training of a technical nature (legal structures, financial management, project management etc.) and training that leads to improved organisational skills such as communications, marketing, management development etc. Personal skills that enhance and grow individuals through learning and self-realisation is the third element of our training support.

We have lived the roller coaster existence that is entrepreneurship having collectively established and successfully managed a number of commercial and social enterprises as well as a charity. We have been around long enough to have experienced buoyant economic environments as well as recessions.

The value, (the accumulation of all our experience and learning), or as we like to call it, the magic, we bring to you is demonstrated in the white hairs on our heads, if indeed you can find any there.
