Wandsworth Youth Enterprise Centre (WYEC) is a registered charity, supporting young people to start up a business. WYEC has been supporting young entrepreneurs for over 20 years, and is now considered one of the leaders in helping young people establish and develop their own business.

WYEC offers:

• free business awareness workshops
• free one to one business counselling
• free short courses in business skills, marketing, finance, research, communication etc
• help in raising finance
• regular business events

• subsidised business premises

WYEC encourages, empowers and builds confidence to enable young people to create their own ideas and plans, make decisions, take risks and believe in themselves. Our model offers a holistic package of both business and 'life' counselling, which addresses personal circumstance, age and social environment all of which can have an affect on setting up a business.

With an established track record, the organisation has supported over 5000 young people and helped hundreds successfully set up and develop their own business. Survival rates are high, with 85-90% trading after two years.
