We use Reply Codes to communicate the status of your order. If there is a problem with a requests or we have a question about a reference, we will send a message that quotes the request number and gives a short Reply Code.
You will normally be sent your replies on Request Status Reports by mail. However, we strongly recommend that you use the electronic Replies Intray, which is available either by email or through ARTTel. Both options are explained in this section.
