The Manuscripts Reading Room on the 2nd floor of the St Pancras
building provides access to the Library's collections of 'western'
manuscript material. That is, primarily, materials written by hand
in western European languages.
Post-1500 Music Manuscripts can now be read in the Rare
Books & Music Reading Room.
